Please ensure you select the correct appointment type for your needs, inaccurate bookings may need to be rescheduled in order to accommodate for the appropriate assessment.
ASSESSMENT APPOINTMENTS: For new assessments please use the initial assessment (1 hour) appointment options.
FITTING APPOINTMENTS: If we have already seen you and you are picking up a device that has been made please book a fitting appointment.
SICK POLICY: If you have any symptoms of illness, we ask you to kindly cancel your appointment & reschedule when you are feeling better.
